Meet Our Team

We are proud of the fact that each and every team member is personally trained by Dr. Larry Bybee to provide the best biological dental care we can. They also regularly attend annual meetings of the IABDM and IAOMT to keep up to date with the latest developments in this approach.

Meet Our Team

Dental Hygienist
Rebecca is a Registered Dental Hygienist who holds a Bachelor’s from Idaho State University and is thoroughly trained in biological and holistic dentistry. A native of Idaho Falls, she is the mother of 10 children who enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, along with reading, sewing, and repurposing old furniture. “I have raised my kids with a natural approach to healing,” Rebecca says. “I’m glad I’m able to incorporate this into my work also!”

Dental Assistant
A native of Aurora, CO, Ashlee has worked as a dental assistant for 14+ years, with advanced training in dental implants and full arch reconstructions. “I love seeing how patients come in so sick and, when treatment is complete, how much they have changed,” she says. “I also love that we are not just treating the patients’ problems but helping fix the problems.” A mother of three, Ashlee’s outside interests include sports and traveling.

Dental Assistant
“I love the wonderful team of people at Desert Valley,” says Kelsi, who is certified as both a nursing and dental assistant. “I love that they treat your body as a whole, and not just a single tooth.” Originally from Blackfoot, ID, Kelsi is the mother of two beautiful children and loves spending time outdoors with her family.

“Just want you to know how much I appreciate the great service, friendliness, and caring you gave me as a new patient. Thanks for fixing my tooth on such short notice. Much appreciated.”

“It has been great being your patient. I just wanted to send a thank you for all of your support and help. You and your staff are the best I ever had, and I will continue to share your praises with everyone I meet.”

– GB

“Thank you so much for all your time, study, and skills to help me achieve good health in my life. I also appreciate the kindness and thoughtfulness from everyone – gifts of the heart that smile sunshine! I meant it when I said I now have hope and look forward to sickness behind me for good. Thank you for all that!”
