Loving to work with his hands and help people, there was no question that Dr. Bybee would pursue dentistry. He attended Oregon State University and Brigham Young University for undergraduate studies, and graduated from Creighton University’s School of Dentistry in 1978. He then went on to do some teaching of his own, serving as an instructor at Idaho State University until 1993. Upon graduating he also established a private family dentistry practice that became a home for solely pediatric care in 1997.
His extensive resume and accomplishments reflect his value of personal growth — not only for himself but those who enter his practice. To create an awesome environment for his staff and patients he continues to further his training in areas of team building, leadership and dentistry.
He has taken certified continueing courses in Advanced Clinical Nutrition, Biological Dentistry from the American College of Biological Dentistry, Advanced Biological Zirconia Implant course in Switzerland with Dr. Ulrich Volz, Ozone Therapy, Advanced Dental Laser Therapy using the Fotana Lightwalker Twin Light Laser, Atraumatic Extractions from Dr. Steven Rasnar and the Holistic Education Dental Series taught by Dr. Judson Wall.
He as also taken short courses in Sleep Dentistry, Craniofacial Pain, Multiple Dental Implant workshops and more.
Dr. Bybee picked dentistry for many reasons, one of them was to spend more time with his family, which he does as often as possible. He has six children and 13 grandchildren who keep him busy along with his 28 egg laying chickens. When he’s not with his family or foul he likes to read and enjoys mystery movies and comedies, excersize and would love to go fly fishing again on a regular basis.
